Statutory employer contributions, mandatory benefits and country bonuses are a cost of employment, paid to the local authorities rather than to us. They sit on top of the fees above and are listed line by line in every quote. The employer cost calculator gives you an indication of that layer from published contribution rates.
What we do not charge for.
No setup fee
Onboarding a country, drafting the contract and registering the employee locally is part of the monthly fee, not a one-off charge on top.
No FX markup
You fund in USD, the employee is paid in local currency, and we do not take a spread on the conversion.
No annual contract
Month to month. You pay only while the employee is on payroll, and stopping is a notice period, not a penalty.
Statutory costs broken out
Employer contributions, 13th-month pay, vacation accruals and severance reserves appear as separate lines in the quote, not folded into one number.

Pricing questions
Why does the price vary by country?
Each country has a different amount of statutory complexity: how payroll is filed, how many mandatory benefits exist, how severance and bonuses accrue. The $349 is the entry point. The country-specific quote tells you the actual figure before you commit.
Is the employer contribution included in the fee?
No. Statutory employer contributions are a cost of employing the person and are paid to the local authorities, not to us. They sit on top of the salary and are shown as their own lines in your quote. The employer cost calculator gives you an indication of that layer from published contribution rates.
What does a quote actually contain?
Gross salary, every statutory employer cost broken out for that country, mandatory benefits, accruals for bonuses and severance where the country requires them, and our monthly fee. One page, no "contact sales" wall behind it.
Do I pay when nobody is hired yet?
No. Billing starts when the employee starts, and stops when they leave. There is no platform fee for an empty account.

Set up an account in three minutes. No credit card. No sales call. Hire one person, hire fifty. Pay only when they're on payroll.
